Currently, I have been diving deeper into the realm of landscape and creating works based on my own photography and interactions with nature. This series of work started in my classroom during the pandemic as I donned my Bob Ross wig and did many virtual paint-alongs! It has evolved into a growing series of paintings inspired by using the materials closest to me, mainly incorporating neon brights and bold lines from the use of highlighters and permanent markers in my classroom.
